Authors of invited papers, papers at special sessions, and young researchers who received an award at the previous conference are exempt from paying the registration fee.

By paying the registration fee, the participant acquires the right to participate in the work of conferences, including accompanying events, collection of abstracts, name badge, access to the Proceedings which will be on the website of the Society for ETRAN that can be printed. The collection will have an editor, pagination, and an ISSN number. Participants will be able to order a CD or memory USB Proceedings (contact the ETRAN secretariat for a price). All works, those that are presented orally or as a poster are treated in the same way and printed in full in the Proceedings.

For the student registration fee, proof from the academic institution and the date of birth should be submitted. The student registration fee is valid if the student is the first author at work and if he personally presents the work at the conference. The student registration fee is valid only for one participant for all conferences and workshops of the Society for ETRAN.

The registration fee for the IcETRAN 2021 conference is the same as for the ETRAN 2021 conference.


1 If the conference is organized on-line due to the pandemic crisis, the registration fee will be reduced by 50% of the price in the application list until 15.08.2021.

2 A young researcher is defined as a student of academic graduate, master’s and doctoral studies whose age in 2021 does not exceed 25, 27, 40 years, respectively. This information must be stated on the application form.
